What do we offer?
| The factory is equipped with 2 automated production lines. The first line is dedicated to producing various types of gluten-free and sugary biscuits. It handles everything from flour dosing to packaging the finished product in modified atmosphere bags, including quality control throughout the process. The technology allows for expanding the assortment of biscuits, such as those with bran, fibers, chocolate flakes, dried fruits, with or without sugar, sprinkled with seeds, nuts, etc. The second line specializes in producing two types of products: Lebanese flatbread (lipia libaneză) and "Pita Chips". The process is automated and designed such that the second product derives from the first without the need for a separate production line. |
