Our history
ALIG SRL is a modern bakery manufacturer in Sculeni, Victoria commune, Iasi county, Romania. As a family business with over a quarter century of experience and a team of bakery and pastry professionals, the COLIBRI brand was registered in 1995 in the Republic of Moldova. Today we are a leading pita chips manufacturer and pita bread manufacturer, offering wholesale and private label solutions.

What do we offer?
The factory is equipped with 2 automated production lines.
The first line is dedicated to producing various types of gluten and sugar biscuits. From flour dosing to packaging the finished product in modified atmosphere bags, including in-line quality control. The technological equipment allows expanding the biscuit assortment: with bran, fiber, chocolate chips, dried fruits, with/without sugar, topped with seeds, nuts, etc.
The second line specializes in producing two types of products: Lebanese pita bread and Pita Chips. The process is automated and designed so that the second product derives from the first, without the need for a separate production line.
